Conditions of hire

The company cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, nor any injury, accident or mishap to any person either on or off the site.

The speed limit and any other safety notices displayed by the management must be observed at all times.

Payment

We accept credit cards but any payment over £500 is subject to a banking charge of 1.5%.

Deposit of £100 per week required on confirmation of booking.  Balance of charge to be paid on one week prior to arrival.  Full pre-payment will be required for mini-breaks.

Cancellations

In the event of a hirer having to cancel a booking the company will make every effort to re-let the holiday home for the period in question.  If successful, monies received will be refunded less £20 per week for costs incurred.  If the company are not able to re-let, the deposit will be retained and the hirer is responsible to remit the balance outstanding.
